Description
This tasty organic cereal is suitable for babies from the 6th month onwards. Made from valuable wholegrain oats, wholegrain barley and wholegrain spelt, it combines the best of these grains. Serve it plain or mixed with vegetables - it is easy to adapt to your child's preferences. The gentle processing method preserves the whole grain, which ensures a pure and natural taste. Older children and adults will also enjoy this cereal when mixed with yoghurt, fruits or nuts.
Preparation:
- Bring 70 ml water to the boil.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of cereal powder and 6-7 tablespoons of pureed fruit.
- Add a teaspoon of organic rapeseed oil and stir. Let the prepared cereal cool to a comfortable eating temperature before offering it to your baby.
